ACC Madagascar has completed the initial temporary construction by the end of May 2019, and the first phase of the project is completed by the end of March 2022. This phase includes construction at Yuan Tong Primary School, consisting of 8 classrooms, 1 teacher’s office, 1 library, 1 music room, and 1 dance room. Additionally, there are three buildings for the Children’s Village, each accommodating 30 childrens, VIP cottages (5 rooms for VIP accommodations, the director’s dorm, and the director’s office), a guardhouse, and seven temporary thatched huts (including a Buddhist hall, a dining hall, a tailor’s room, etc.), a water tower, and a food store.

Around the campus, 40,000 Ravintsara seedlings and 2,000 fruit tree saplings have been planted. Furthermore, construction is underway for a solar power house, a coffee plantation water tower, peripheral roads, a temporary kitchen, a thatched roof restaurant, and the planting of 100 Monkey puzzle tree saplings.
