What we hope to achieve :

  • Allowing the children to grow in a big family environment and cultivating good conduct.
  • Be with the children during their growing up stage and fostering their character development.
  • Teaching the children to be independent and have confidence in themselves, and to care for others.
  • When the children grow up, they woud be able to alleviate the issues of poverty, disease, living and social conditions.

Work Specifications:

Parenting/ Fostering

  • Stay and live with the children, and help them adapt to daily lives.
  • Enable the children to take care of themselves in daily lives.
  • Inculcate the importance of hygiene and health care in the children.
  • Keeping a journal on the children’s growing up period.

Keeping the children company

  • Placing importance on character development.
  • Providing guidance on schooling and schoolwork matters- Chinese or English language conversation lessons.
  • Develop interest in hobbies for the children.
  • Running of a big family operation.

Helping the children grow and develop

  • Document the growth of the children.
  • Foster interpersonal relationships.
  • Nurture the children to be independent.
